Here at Strive we have developed a comprehensive training programme for our coaches wishing to work with neurodivergent clients. The programme has been tried and tested, and it is a requirement that any coaches who work with us take this training. 

Our training consists of: 

• 1:1 supervision 
• Small group or individual training sessions 
• A comprehensive guide for coaches
• Weekly sessions 
• Hands on experience
• Resources and ongoing support 

The aim of our training is to provide coaches with in-depth knowledge of executive functions and the impacts dysfunction can have on the individuals we work with. Ideally, those who undertake this training will have: 

• experience in coaching, therapy or adjacent roles (teaching, student support, mentoring etc) 
• a passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals 
• experience with neurodiversity (whether personal or otherwise)
• time to undertake training

Those working with us must: 

• hold an enhanced and up to date DBS 
• have the right to work in the United Kingdom 
• hold relevant qualifications 
• carry out regular CPD 
• have signed and agreed to Strive's safeguarding policy
