One of the most important aspects of our coaching programmes is helping families understand and support their neurodivergent child. We recognise that the family is the one constant in a child's life, from school to work and beyond. That's why it's crucial for families to have the knowledge and skills to support their child effectively.

Research has shown that family support plays a vital role in the well-being and success of neurodivergent children. When families understand their child's unique needs and provide a supportive environment, children are more likely to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. By investing in coaching programs for families, we're not just supporting the child - we're empowering the entire family unit.

Engaging in family coaching can:

  • Create a healthy and supportive home environment
  • Support communication among parents/carers and children
  • Empower parents with strategies for behaviour and emotion management
  • Equip the entire family unit with information about their needs

In addition to family coaching, we often run workshops for parents and carers of neurodivergent young people. We know that there is a genetic component of many neurodiverse traits, so often, our parents learn things about themselves along the way too.

Parent and carer workshops are run throughout the year, both in person and online.
