Strive are dedicated to supporting all neurodiverse individuals, no matter the age. Whether a young person in education, an adult with a late diagnosis, or someone who is struggling to understand their brain.

Our 1:1 coaching draws on therapeutic techniques to form an all encompasing experience for the client, managing a range of needs and challenges. With a focus on emotional resilience and understanding your brain, coaching may touch on;

• Developing and maintaining healthy routines and habits
• Understanding emotional regulation 
• Recognising triggers for emotional dysregulation 
• Building techniques for developing self-confidence and esteem 
• Understanding the biology of ADHD/anxiety etc
• Setting goals and building resilience 
• Developing emotional intelligence 
• Embracing uniqueness 

Our 1:1 therapeutic sessions are available to those who;

• Are aged 9+
• Have a diagnosis of or are suspected to have a neurodiversity or learning difficulty; ADHD, ODD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia etc
• Have experienced or are experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Low mood, Sensory needs, impact from COVID, Bullying etc
• Need support with motivation, accountability and focus
• Are looking for guidance, support and understanding

Referrals for our 1:1 service can be made by the client themselves, their parents or through the SENCo if currently in education.
